The University of Maine German Club (Deutscher Verien) annually organizes a traditional Weihnachtsmarkt, or Christmas Market. This year's event will be held at the University of Maine Museum of Art.
Christmas cookies, Stollen (Holiday bread) and traditional Christmas decorations will be featured. A little Cafe will also be on site where decorations, coffee, cake and Gluhwein (mulled wine, alcohol free) will be sold. Proceeds will benefit UMMA exhibition & education programs.
Take this opportunity to enjoy some Holiday cheer while viewing the exhibitions in the UMMA galleries!
